PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY

1. SUBJECT OF SALE

1.1. The Seller offers digital products in the form of advisory and analytical services (audits, assessments, reports) carried out on the basis of data provided by the Buyer through a form after completing the purchase.

1.2. After the payment has been credited, the Buyer receives access to the form required to perform the service. The service will be completed within up to 5 business days from the date on which the Seller receives the completed form and all information necessary to perform the service.

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

2.1. Orders are placed through the online store available at biznes-animator.pl.

2.2. Full payment of the price indicated for the relevant product is required for the order to be processed.

2.3. After payment has been made, the Buyer receives an order confirmation and further instructions (link/form) at the e-mail address provided during the purchase.

3. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / NO REFUNDS

3.1. Due to the nature of the services provided, the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1796, as amended), in particular:

a) point 1 – where the Seller has fully performed the service with the Buyer’s express consent, after the Buyer was informed before the commencement of the service that, once the service has been fully performed, the Buyer would lose the right of withdrawal from the contract;

b) point 13 – where the subject matter of the contract is the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and the performance has begun, with the Buyer’s express consent, before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after the Buyer was informed that the right of withdrawal would thereby be lost.

3.2. By making the purchase and proceeding to complete the form initiating the performance of the service, the Buyer consents to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal from the contract.

3.3. Consequently, the Seller does not accept returns of purchased products, and the amount paid is non-refundable once the performance of the service has commenced.

4. COMPLAINTS

4.1. The absence of a right of withdrawal does not exclude the Seller’s liability where the service/report provided does not conform to the product description or is defective.

4.2. Complaints should be submitted to the Seller’s e-mail address and should include a description of the subject matter of the complaint. The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law, including the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.

5.2. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the website biznes-animator.pl.
