PRIVACY POLICY

 

  1. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR), as well as the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018, we hereby inform you that the Controller of personal data collected through the website www.biznes-animator.pl is:

(hereinafter: the Controller).

  1. The website collects only the personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered through it.
  2. Personal data, such as first name and surname, company name, e-mail address and telephone number, are used for the following purposes:
  • performance of agreements concerning the services provided;
  • communication with the User, including through the contact form;
  • promotion of the Controller’s offer;
  • marketing and remarketing activities;
  • analytical and statistical purposes.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order to enter into an agreement or use certain functionalities of the website.

  1. Users’ personal data will be processed for the following periods:
  • where the legal basis for processing is the performance of an agreement – until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising after the agreement has been performed;
  • where the legal basis for processing is consent – until the consent is withdrawn, and after its withdrawal, until the expiry of the limitation period for claims.

In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims concerning periodic benefits and claims related to conducting business activity – 3 years, unless a specific provision of law provides otherwise.

  1. Users’ personal data may be disclosed to entities affiliated with the Controller and entities cooperating with the Controller, for example companies providing courier or postal services and law firms.

Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

  1. The User of the website has the right to:
  • access their personal data;
  • rectify their personal data;
  • erase their personal data;
  • restrict the processing of their personal data;
  • data portability;
  • object to the processing of their personal data;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

A request concerning the exercise of any of the above rights should be sent to: biuro@biznes-animator.pl.

The Controller shall comply with or refuse the request without undue delay and no later than within one month of its receipt.

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if the User considers that the processing of personal data infringes their rights and freedoms under the GDPR.

  1. The website collects information using cookies, including session cookies, persistent cookies and third-party cookies.

The use of cookies supports the proper provision of services through the website and serves statistical purposes.

The User may determine the scope of access of cookies to their device through the settings of their web browser.

  1. The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy, provided that Users’ rights will not be restricted.

Information about any amendments will be made available in the form of a notice published on the website.

  1. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and applicable Polish law shall apply.
